Quite possibly one of the coolest things I have ever seen.

The chitlangi bowies are dear to me because they are basically 99% identical to a German blade from the 1500's called a Waidmesser or Waidblatt, also called a hunting trousse. Those original German knives even had a chakma and karda (called by-knives) in the sheath....

Actually the shorter Chitlangi Bowie appeals to me more.

It seems better 'balanced' for lack of a better term.

Great collection and pix, thank you

Mmm. I'm hoping a Kami makes a shorter one. I'll be the first on it. Stay away! :D
And is that a HI falcata I see? Gah, where do all these cool blades come from?

What is the Khukuri right above the HI bowie in the pic? It looks really nice!

Which pic? The pic from Azrael will be Chitlangi.
The pic from Cpl will be his gigantic CAK.

"The pic from Cpl will be his gigantic CAK" hahahaha....that's what she said. I was talking bout the Chitlangi though. Just ordered a 21" one for my first Khukuri.
