Hi Chris,
My name is Zhai Xiaodong. My English name is Mark. I am a fan of your knives in Beijing, China. And I have been collecting your knives for about 15 years.
The main method for me to get your knives is buying or trading from local friends. I just bought a second hand Pacific from a local friend. Its blade is NIB, but its micarta handle has been modified by the friend. The modified handle is too thin for me. I wonder if you could send me a pair of the micarta handle inlays of Pacific? I will pay all the expance by my credit card (VISA).
And please be aware of that there will be a big risk for us getting the knife back from our customs if we send it back to you and have it repaired. So I'd rather replace the handle by my self.
And would you please tell me if there are any tricks in replacing the micarta inlays?
I email address: markz@vip.163.com, mobile: +86 13701033077.
Yours truly,
Mark
P.S.
I have also send email to your company about the same question.
