Beoram, that's actually a 15" Ang Khola made by Shop 1. If you look closely at the picture you can see the fuller on the blade along with the HI logo. The scrolled buttcap makes it a Shop 1 knife, because if I recall correctly the kami's at BirGorkha don't make the scrolled buttcaps except on request.

Probably not a bad deal at $125, but then again I don't know how much a 15" AK costs new. Interesting to see an HI on ebay, though.:)
 
We made the scolled buttcap for awhile at BirGorkha, too. Still no time to look. New 15" AK is $125 delivered.

Thanks - just took a quick look and thought it was a BAS. It's probably not a bad deal at $125, except that that doesn't include postage and if it's missing one of the tools....but maybe there's a 'collector's value' with the scrolled butt-cap? B.
 
It is sad to see so many khukuri's on sale. Tough times ahead for a lot of folks I guess.
