Hi Iyonk, thanks for coming. There's coffee and donuts in the back, help yourself.

I am a recovering SAK'aholic. Only have a few now and -trying- to keep it that way. I guess when I was between jobs a couple of years ago my outlook on how much I spent on knives changed a bit.

I'm a SAK'aholic too. When I was between jobs earlier this year, my number of SAKs increased. I had plenty of time to look around for cheap and rare SAK's and plenty of time to sell a bunch of other knives and stuff. I also bought a few lots of used SAKs, cleaned and restored them and sold them.

i wish i could get the option of buy used SAKs in my country... that would save some money hehehe...

Hi Iyonk! Nice collection - I really like that RED FARMER!!! And, ya know what - there's lots worse things in this world to be addicted to than SAK's. ;)

Thank God there are more ppl like that in the world. Keep it up brother

Threads like this make me feel better that I merely have 4 SAKs (at the moment). Wait, make that 5, er 6. Ok, I have only 7, honest. I think.

Yup..... you're sick......
But so are the most on this forum:p
Except me of course
I'm just gonna buy 2 or 3 Alox Solo's for back up
Red Farmer
Champ(because it's the flag ship of Victorinox)
Maybe a couple of Soldiers(old school)
And I'm curious about the new DAK as well

But you can hardly call that sick can you?:rolleyes:

Now we wait for that big ship with money:foot:

You know, there's one thing a lot of you guys don't think about collecting/accumulating sak's. If you're a married man, usually one red handle knife looks like another red handle knife to the 'ol lady. Not many wives can tell the difference between a silver alox farmer and a pioneer, and a soldier and a Wenger SI. Or between a silver alox cadet, and a cadet 2, and a alox bantam. Or between a red cellidor tinker, and a hiker.

Don't ask me how I know!

:D

Carl.
