Hi Guys, New Member, Unkown Knife, Can anyone identify?

Hi guys

I found this little knife at a thrift store the other day. I was intrigued by it because I couldn't for the life of me find a picture of anything like it on the internet. That is a horse head stamped at the base of the blade.

Anybody know anything about it?
