I'm Peter. I live in New York and I'll be 23 next month. I'm a blossoming Spyderco fanboy and I've been into knives since I joined the BSA and got my engraved Victorinox Classic. I'm a novice knife maker, I make fighting knives out of old kitchen blades and I have a few more advanced knife designs that I'm going to make when my skills improve. I'm very into paracord crafts and I just started a blog about knives, if any of you could give me feedback on my articles I would really appreciate it.

I look forward to being part of this community.

Welcometo BFC! Lots of good folk here, loads of pics and info. Enjoy!

My advice for your blog is simple: keep writing. That's it. A blog is only as good as its content, and its content is only as good as your dedication. I'm not promoting quantity over quality, but I am promoting making it a habit to write there. Then, when you've cultivated your voice and your opinions (and DO be opinionated), you can go out and look for work on a bigger commercial blog about knives, the outdoors, EDC preparedness, etc. Your blog will make (part of) a very useful portfolio.

I write on a blog for a living. It's good work if you can get it, but there will always be headaches. Welcome, and keep it up!
