These are all the buck knives I myself currently own, my dad has 2 110's one which pre-dates the 1986 time that buck started marking their blades and one I bought him for x-mas last year.

My most recent purchase is a 290 Rush Does anyone have any complaints about the spring weakening and if so how much is the repair? Mine isn't giving in at all just wondering if anyone else has had a problem, and I know ASAP is a new design from Buck.

Thanks,

Ryan.

Ryan,
Great start on a Buck collection. Have you joined the Collector club yet?

Welcome!

Thanks for the great welcome, I haven't actually looked into joining any clubs yet cause I really only have 2 Knives that would be considered "collectible" the rest see yearly use.

Welcome to the forum Ryan!
One of the advantages of joining the Buck Collector's Club is the access to great information about the collectible Buck knives, particularly the older ones. There are great articles in the newsletters and the club has a website that is in the process of putting together a storehouse of historical information about Buck knives. Oh yeah, you also have the opportunity to buy some great limited addition knives each year. ;)

Pretty much every knife I own is something I have used or would use. I collect useful things, not just decorations. On the other hand, I'm not the club-joining type.

Your two boxed knives are really nice ones. Is that a 500 (Duke) up top?

Welcome aboard! Although I got my first 110 in the late 1970s, my focus on Buck knives came about recently, so I have a whole lot to learn! There are a lot of helpful guys with good information here, so stick around.

Nice collection.

Welcome Ryan. nice collection! Buck Knives Forum on BF is a great resource, as is the Buck Collectors Club. If you make it to a knife show in your area, find a guy with Bucks on the table, and your almost guaranteed a new friend:)

It's the 501 thats dedicated to 1902-2002 from buck in the wooden box, I'll look into the club thing. Not a lot of knife shows come through Nebraska I'm lucky to get a gun show yearly lol.

Welcome, Ryan!

I'm a recent Buck-o-phile too. I've had Bucks in the past, but a new Model 110 really brought be back to the fold!
