That looks like a sharp puppy! I love Japanese kitchen knives.

I’m sure there are a couple of folks on this form who understand Japanese kanji, but probably not many.

You might have better luck just taking clear pics of the characters and trying on a Japanese translation site or something like that. Good luck!

I tried the photo with a translator and no luck. It’s not Japanese translator say it’s not recognized. Hoping someone here have seen this brand and know it. Crossing fingers.
