That's a very broad question because Cold Steel has thousands of products, from tiny pocket knives to spears and swords, and even shields and plastic practice swords. Speaking broadly on the matter, you need to check both the import rules with the Central Board of Excise and Customs, and the laws of your specific region on matters of possession and carry.
Given that India is a major manufacturer of swords, knives and many other edged weapons that are frequently exported to the US (I own many), I would speculate that it's very unlikely they would have import restrictions on bladed items. Such import restrictions are fairly rare around the world and are usually confined to specific types of knives like switchblades, which Cold Steel can't sell anyway.
