Hi, KAAK,

I'm thinking about Bonaparte's seagulls.

You should shoot some Raven's up here... Camera only as they will get you a HUGEEEEE fine. Seagulls are 2k a pop for each one you drop:eek:

........................a crazy little thing called love. I'm talkin' 'bout INFI of course.

I'm with Heavy for real though! Alcohol in one hand, INFI in th other.

Well, I got beer, so it's how to get more INFI out of the safe and on my belt while keeping it 'more of less' concealed in the process.

The concealing is much easier than keeping the pants up. Even Milt Sparks can only support so much. LOL

Hi, Rob,

I'll be shooting ravens in the snow in a few weeks.

By the way, on the subject of seagulls, I really like the laughing gulls in your area. I'll shoot some of them next time I'm down your way.

Cheers,

Hey Mike!

I'll shoot some for you! After working on the beach for 7 years and having gulls 'laugh' after scoring a direct hit on your head......

Brown Pelicans are MUCH worse, but could never bring myself to bring harm to them. Not after removing fish hooks and lines entangeling them.

But what they defacate violates the Geneva Conventions. LOL

Hi, Rob,

Brown pelicans have lovely colors at this time of year:

I'll be updating my brown pelican pics with better ones over the next few weeks.

Word to the wise: wear a rainjacket and rainpants when hanging around below flying pelicans, sea gulls, eagles, and pigeons.

i would love to shoot some with you! do you use a shotgun or a rifle? i have a great 22-250 i would love to get reacquainted with!

I'm thinking about the snow that's falling right now.

.22-250 kicks so much arse. I don't own one, but would love to build one off a howa barreled receiver. Or maybe even a mauser 98 action.

If it flies, it dies?

I use a single lens reflex. Shooting birds in flight with shotguns or rifles is waayyy too easy. ;)

I used a High Standard Derringer and waited till we got to the landfill after picking up all the garbage off the beach. I would never even think of busting a cap in the Park. The loss of my job would have been the least of my worries.

The guys at the landfill didn't seem to mind and if you ever saw what the dozers and front end loaders were covered with you couldn't blame them. Hits were very few and far between, this was the derringer, not the target model, but it moved the birds away from where the guys were working and gave them a brief respite from the constant ariel bombardment. LOL

Never saw a pelican at the dump. They have more class than that. Gulls acted like it was a 5 star restraunt.

I am thinking about the 1st day of shotgun season in MD, on saturday......cant wait to get a nice buck.
