Hicks tomahawk?

I have a small (13") double bit tomahawk with the name Hicks stamped in the side. This is full tang stock removal construction tomahawk with micarta scales and hollow pins. Well made, very sharp, powder coated black.

Has anyone seen one like this? I'd love to know who made it. Can't find another one like it anywhere. I'll post pictures later.
