That's a wonderful looking little knife! I like the looks of the bronze and the forge marks on the blade bring it all together.

Really like your knives and this one is no exception. And I like your many detail photos, however I wish you would show a straight side shot of them.

That's the best angle to tell what a knife really looks like.

That's a truly sweet little fighter! Love the Scandi influence and the forged look; and the overall lines really flow!
Is there a sheath with this one? Would also really love to see them together... :thumbup:

The carved and textured bronze fittings really give this piece a lift. Great work overall.

Very nice :thumbup:
Matching color in all the knife's components and matching in the design as well :thumbup:

WOW! Everything about this knife "speaks" to me... truly a stunning blade!:thumbup:

Lovely textures and curves. Details like the triple layers of the tang fastening are such great fun. And it's a dangerous looking knife overall. Good stuff!

Gerhard, from what I've seen of your work, I'll say pretty confidently that you make some of the coolest knives I've laid eyes on.

There is virtually nothing about any of knives I've seen you post that needs to be added or taken away.

You really have an holistic approach to making knives man, and true to your vision. Fantastic stuff:thumbup:

Very nice, Gerhard. I know it meets the under 12 cm fixed blade rule, but does the top clip make it illegal for carry in Germany?

thank you for your posts!

@kevin jones,
you are right...I´ll post a straight side shot when the sheath is done.

@joeshredd,
the sheath will come in the next days.

@jmd61,
this clip might be a problem...
one policeman would say: ok...
the next one could seize it.
we have a big uncertainty here with that sh..law!

@keith montgomery,
this steel is a bit tough, similar to the O1.
not pure fun with a handhammer only...
1,1%C,
1,2%Cr,
0,2%,
1,3%W(tungsten)
