From what I've read, I'm kind of confused. So lemme get this straight. Jerry randomly sticks knives in pvc pipe and hides them in the woods so people can go find them?

As I understand it, you are correct. The best part is that most of these were buried 10-15 years ago. Those old Busses are literally buried treasure now. For example the Argonne Assault originally sold for around $500, a vintage one now will sell for about $2000. In at least one instance he buried 3 old knives and the total on those is estimated to be $5000-$6000 now.

The problem is he can't find his map to give us hints :grumpy: :grumpy:

and he did it nearly all states, except of course, Hawaii and Alaska (can't drive to Hawaii and the grounds too hard in Alaska).

I just have to say Jerry that that is the coolest idea I have ever heard of. Any hints of where one is in Washington State?

Yeah Elvis helped me look for one last week. Funny
thing though we couldn't find it.;) ;)

So is it a real big secret of what area the knife is hidden around or will you help a fellow knife lover out?

ARGH, I'm going to get a metal detector and cover the entire state inch by inch if I have ot:eek:

Personally I think Jerry spilt a adult beverage on his map book and is out back trying to dry it off:D :D

Hey, Bravado, I got a copy of Jerry's map from Jimmy Hoffa, I'll send you a copy. ;)

This whole hidden knife deal makes me feel like I've entered the INFI twilight zone. Jerry is either the coolest or most deranged knifemaker in the world, or maybe both. We are either the coolest or most gullable knifelovers in the world. Have to go now, I'll be out digging up NE Ohio. And don't get too close, because the treasure is all mine....

There's big news coming my friends. . . . big news. . . . . .

Nuke on!. .. .and take a shovel with you!

Jerry

Geraldo, yes please send the map ASAP! Oh and also
don't forget to dry it before you send it. A few
100,000 watt heat lamps ought to do it.;) :p

Hey you guys... quit encouraging my husband! ;)

Now he's up to something really big... and I think it might involve me having to use a shovel! :grumpy: :p ;) :D

Jennifer Busse

Jennifer, whatever you do, be careful.

Jerry doesn't have a predisposition for digging holes about 6' long, around 3' wide, and 3-4' deep, does he? Does he have a bad habit of running back and forth to the feed store for lime?

Has Wauseon done a roll call of all their vestal virgins lately? Maybe we're about to find out what the real secret to INFI is...

PS. Being this close to Busse-on nearly has me running around with a shovel in the car already.

Warning!!!!
When digging, be careful of water, sewer, gas, and electric
lines. That FREE Busse knife may cost you a fortune!!!!:p :p ;) :D

People from all over come to New Jersey to bury stuff. Maybe there's some INFI in those hills ... I mean marshes.
