saw someone with a clamping jig fixed to a hidden tang. can't remember where i saw it.( suffer crs disease) this item once clamped used two screws turned out / down to force the guard assm. down against the shoulders of the ricasso to facilitate a nice tight joint , prior to soldering. rather than reinvent the wheel, maybe someone would share this jig so i can make one for myself. thanks fred w.
