On a hidden tang knife with a curved handle, some makers use a coupler to join the section of all thread to the tang. Choose a couple the same size as your all thread and then cut a slot in one end of it the same width as the thickness of your steel. The tang will fit in this slot. Grind the end of the tang slightly rounded. Slip the coupling over the end of the tang but not so far on that it's tight, you'll need the coupling to be able to move a little. Once you have it in position, clamp it in your drill press vice and drill a hole thru the coupling and the tang for a pin. It's best to use a roll pin for this. Roll pins are real strong and since they're split they'll fit the hole nice and tight. Once you have the hole drilled, take the coupling off and clean out any debris and clean the hole and tang up. Now run the all thread in the proper depth and clamp it in the drill press vice and drill a hole thru it and put a roll pin thru it. That will keep the all thread in the coupler. If you have a welder you can weld the all thread in the coupler, if not just pin it in. Now you can pin the coupler onto the tang and then you're ready to put the handle on the blade.
Having the all thread held on with a pin allows it to move or wiggle some and accommodate the angle or curve of the handle, and when you put the handle together and fill the cavity with epoxy and then tighten the pommel up, the handle will be nice and solid.
Hope this helps Tonym!
