High end silverware

Who uses high end flatware? I've seen the stag set in the AG Russell catalog but it only includes a fork and a knife. Seems like a half-hearted attempt at best.

As gadget crazy as we seem to be around here, surely there's someone that uses "custom" eatin' tools? A set of ivory handled flatware would rock. Any ideas?

My grand parents had a set of sterling silver flatware that had whalebone. Not sure who the maker was, Sheffield or it may have been Wallace. Goin to cost you though....
