High lumen output lights

I am looking for lights with high lumen output, like 1000+ lumens. Looking for headlamps and handheld lights, not looking for large spotlights or gun mounted lights. I walk a mile every night, and I'm planning a long 3 mile night hike, and a longer 5 mile hike at night this spring. This will be in my neigborhood, I'm just in northern MD, no vast empty wilderness but I do want some pretty powerful lights, that will not burn out on me quick. I usually use my 1080 lumen Zebralight paired with my Nitecore P12 when walking, and the Zebralight is usually on the 600 lumen setting, just using the 1080 setting sparingly. I do use 18650 rechargeables. I did see a new Nitecore single CR123A model that gets 1000 lumens plus, this is one I'm interested in. Any brand, customs, I've gotten the light bug bad. I've got a 900+ lumen Klarus, a 400+ lumen Fenix, the P12 and Zebralight, a Surefire 6PLED, a 150+ lumen Fenix single CR123A, a 400 lumen Fenix PD22UED, a Maratac copper AAA and an Eagletac AA. I think that's about it, except for a broken giant Maglite. I've seen some nice Surefire and Fenix headlamps, but the Zebralight does a great job with different settings.

I walk in all weather conditions except ice, so something that will handle snow and rain is a must. I believe that all lights have to pass the 6 foot submersion test? Or is that bs marketing?

My walk-around flashlights (when I choose to go "full size") are a ThruNite TN30 and a Solarforce S2200. Both use 3x16500s. The SF doesn't have as many power settings, but I like it a lot.
If you ever get bitten by the throw bug, a good place to start is a K40vn. There are lights that throw further (and cost more)...but, so far, I've managed to avoid that jump. I want to - and I've got it all picked out - but I know its only purpose would be novelty and bragging rights.

that's a heap of light. pretty much every light is a variation on runtime vs brightness out of a given battery. Anywho, lots of things for you to look at, all the good ones will be at least somewhat waterproof, if they have an IPX rating, that will tell you how much. But there is nothing to say that any light has to be waterproof at all, so yes, marketing bs.

I normally go with a Nitecore P12 and a Maratac copper AAA but you already have those. A great combo imho.

If you want your light to work no matter how cold or hot it gets, or how often you drop it, buy a Surefire. There is a 1000 lumen 3x CR-123 Fury coming out this year that comes with a sleeve to run it off of a pair of AA if necessary, it's called the PMX Fury.

Oh lordy. I've spent the last 6 months geeking out on modifying flashlights. 1000 lumens is easy. I've got a 1x 18650 light I built that will push 4000 lumens on a fresh battery (for about a minute, then it needs to step down to cool). PM me, I'm sure I've got something that'll work for you, and if not I can help you find something that checks off all the needs on your list.

Personally I like a high output zoomie light paired with a small pocket rocket flood light like my 4000 lumen light. My favorite zooming lights all throw more than 600 meters.

Edit: The real throwers are around 1200+ meters.
