Which Benchmades and Spydercos, that have a 3" blade, come with a pocketclip that allow a good grip on the knife when carried IWB...making it easy to draw? Thanks in advance.

The Spyderco Lil' Temperance is the first to come to mind. It has a unique sizable clip w/ cutouts that aid in retention. It also grips clothing very strongly. Hope this helped.

...the Lil' Temperance. ;) However, it may be a little bulky, in which case the FRN Delica would be another good choice. :D

Good point. Now that you mention it, it sure wouldn't be my first choice for IWB carry.

Wow. High-ride clips are the backwards of what I look for. That's usually one of my first priorities in a knife: that it has to have a low-carry clip.

I think you'd be okay with just about anything tip-up. I suppose it's in order to get around lanyard holes, but they almost always have pretty "high ride" pocket clip.

I carry my Benchmade AFCK (806D2) in the small of my back IWB and I can get to it pretty quick.

Thanks for the replies. It's just that I'm currently carrying(work knife) a CRKT KFF Professional Small IWB strongside. It isn't that easy to get it from the waistband quickly. Maybe the problem is the strength/grip of the clip...
