Great baton/chopping session and video/jams! And my Mom always said I could tear up a rubber hammer.

Keep Swimming Rob!

You´re being to modest. I´d say that´s a REAALLLLY Cool vid!!
I especially enjoyed seeing the wood chips fly in slomo when you were chopping... and I gave a laugh at the end as well.

Which Busse is that you're whaling away on? :) Is it INFI as well and how does the edge stand up to that kind of hard use? I've never used any big choppers made out of anything but cheap steel and they'd dull or roll or chip real easy. How does yours stand up?

Also I love how your dog just sort of sidles across the frame then comes back in and stands there for a bit like "Okay... So he's still doing that then." Adorable.

Great vid, really enjoyed it. :)

Sweet vid Rob as always! Can't imagine owning a MOAB. It's like my dream... at least we get to drool over your vids :). Anyway, how'd you post this video thought you were swimming to blade :D?!?! I should've started walking yesterday so, don't think I'll make it now :(.

Keep the sweet vids coming! Some vids of the blade experience would be awesome... I mean if you just happen to campture some ;).

They are the Basic 11 and MOAB models. Both INFI. In my opinion a couple of the best choppers you can get. The knives are warranted against any damage caused during this kind of use. It is also encouraged that the knives are used like this. It's what they are designed for. The edges hold up great and still shave after heavy use like this too. Check out my video with the swamp rat M9 where I baton it through a chunk of hardwood and then shave my arm with it.
