High speed Scrofa sheath (serious thread)

Hi guys, my Scrofa came in this morning and I love it! I realized that it needed a pair of pants pronto, so I got to work.

After many seconds of painstaking labor and attention to detail- I'd like to share the results with you, and point out some of the key features. Features which, I'm sure you will agree, combine to make this one of the stealthiest, high-speed, low drag sheaths made out of cardboard out there.

First, I would like to note that the entire sheath (well, most of it anyway) has been sealed with high-quality transparent packing tape, to protect it from the elements. This has the additional benefits of reducing friction and sound signature when the blade is drawn.

Second, you will note that there is high-quality custom flame artwork adorning the sheath. These flames were drawn by a master draftsman. Seriously, I went to school for a really long time to learn how to do this stuff. You shouldn't try it at home, 'cuz it's really hard. The artwork is sealed between layers of transparent tape, for abrasion and UV resistance.

Third, there is an integral belt loop, also made from cardboard. I had a tek-lok attached, but removed it and went with this instead, to reduce the overall profile and lessen the potential of "printing".

Last, the sheath has been clearly marked "Busse Combat". This is so there will be no mistaking what kind of hardware we're talking about here.

Thanks for looking!

PS- I would like to mention that I am unable to accept any orders at this time. :D

Moonwilson, i know were not supposed to talk business on these forums, but are you currently taking orders?

Edited to add: I just noticed your PS... Bummer.

i have patented and trademarked my 100mph sheath so please be careful on how you proceed with your design.

That looks a lot better than the 5 mph sheath that I made for my SS. And the darn thing took me hours to hack together.

Maybe a gracious HOG could post a before and after pic of the pants my SS is sporting.

Damn, and I thought I could live with the sheath I bought from BCS:

Skunk, once you get production up and running, I'd like to get one of those sheaths for this Prototype that fell into my hands recently.

Skunk can sell you the right to make those for a bottle of Scotch! ;)

Skunk, as any layman can easily tell, your design is clearly modeled on the drop-loop pattern, whereas mine is more of a highly-evolved Randall pouch. Also, the materials and construction techniques are quite different. Though your sheath is impressive, I believe my design to be superior- as it allows for multiple carry positions and posesses highly refined aesthetic touches. Top secret. Operator. High speed top secret military operator sheath.

I have super-top secret plans in the works for a quadruple-piggyback model, which will be a shoulder rig carrying a FFBM, a Batacle, a meaner and a warden. This highly sophisticated design will incorporate several top-secret features that have previously been unheard of in even the highest-end custom cardboard tactical operator sheaths.

So if mine is made out of Guerilla tape with nylon belt strap am I safe or paying you guys royalties?

Doesn't look like cardboard to me. Looks like that new prototype "carbon-neutral, random-strand, cellulosic fiber composite". With advanced adhesive-backed, water-resistant anti-UV coating. This new stuff is so good, I hear you can even strop your blades on it.

Man, and here I was trying to be cool with kydex! I'm gonna have to start refining my cardboard and duct-taping skills!
