I have this coming and the Ceramic probe plus ceramic sheath for gas oven (reducing enviroment) 1300 °C for $28 extra.... $77 total plus shipping
I am starting to gather materials to build a forge. Luckily I have Laguna Clay locally and can drive over and get bricks and cerablanket for the build as well. I am going to incorporate a muffle pipe like I saw in Ricks forge and discussed by Tai. I saw Tai's weed burner torch and it going into the build as well
I use that same torch to heat treat Tonkin cane for split cane flyrods as well.
