highest quality small radio???

Hi guys
I am in the market for a small battery operated radio. It must not be digital I hate those programmable ones. So a tuning knob is fine. It must have the best reception possible and great over all quality.

Any ideas???

Check Grundig Radio, and I believe they have one for the shower, so it would be weatherproof.

I've had this one for about ten years and it works great.I bet I've bought at least ten of them over the years as gifts.

I have a Grundig and it works decent but the best small radio that I have is in an old Walkman with a cassette player,the radio is crystal clear,holds a station very well and will pick up sttions that most small radios won't.

http://www.kaitousa.com/KA650.htm this is the radio i use, hand crank, internal battery and solar power and it comes with adapter so you can use the hand crank to charge your cell phone ipod and other various electronics. i have left it out in the rain. snow and hard freeze over night and it is still ticking. it also has a flashlight and a lamp you can use built in it's a really nice pack radio

Why don't you define 'small' ? Have you looked at www.ccrane.com ?
