Last weekend I went to the Highland Games in Lincoln, NH.
I go just about every year. It is a great time. Lots of people. Many of them carrying some sort of pointy sharp thing.
My question is this. Why isn't there any knife makers or knife stores among all the vendors there?
You do see some vendors selling cheap knives. They don't seem to sell.
My guess is that they don't sell because they are cheap.
I would hazard to guess that there is an untapped market at the Games.
I know I would buy a well crafted sgian dubhs or other knife if I saw some.
What do think?
