There is nothing better than getting hand-crafted, well-made things from skilled artists like Andy Roy and Co., Heber Ellsworth, and Rick Lowe. I feel fortunate to have somehow discovered the excellent crew that makes the Fiddleback products in addition to all those that support and back them here on Bladeforums. Today I received several sheaths I had on order with Heber in addition to a family of Hiking Buddies. Wow. Serendipitous timing. Thank you guys. We are really happy with what you made for us. I was compelled to share:

CT, those are some Pretty Hiking Buddies! I'm glad you like the sheaths, the Artificial Sinew really sets it off. ;) Andy did a great job on those knives. That wood is incredible.

Thanks Gents! It was great working with CT and those sheaths were fun to make.

Would love to see better pictures. Before mailing them last week, I took tons of pictures of those sheaths and others, but they didn't turn out do to bad lighting. My camera over corrected and turned everything yellow. Your Cell phone pics, though a little blurry look better then the ones I took with a proper camera. LOL!! :foot:
 
these shots were in the initial excitement. I will get much better shots up. Thanks all!
