Hiking Buddy vs Patch Knife

I'm looking for my next knife and need some help. Would someone be so kind to explain the differences in these two fiddlebacks! Looking at the "Size Comparison Thread" they look the same size. Any help would be appreciated!

Nice review. I was going to say the main difference is that I don't have a patch or a hiking buddy. But my new hiking buddy from ksf should arrive tomorrow.
