My oldest daughter is in Bavaria visiting relatives and my lovely wife is recovering from a vicious hangover induced by an all night Cosmo drinking orgy with her girlfriends, so I decided to take the younger three kids hiking. The mountain we climbed is just a 3 mile hike, but it is 1/2 mile up. I was impressed that my 6 year old twins could do it....

Awesome photos Mneedham. Funny, I was thinking of that shot of your twins a couple of years ago in a hayfield. They sure are getting older quick :D :D That was great that the wifey got to sleep in while you got to play!

For sure! At age 6 (this year for the twins), we put our kids in a local running club. and by next summer they will competing in 5Ks.. I don't why I always doubt kids ability to hike/run distance, they do it well...
