Hiking Johnsons Hole April 2rd

Friday some friends and I will be camping up at Johnsons Hole up Provo Canyon here in Central Utah and I thought I'd share some photos from my trip up there the first of April.

Here's a picture of me all suited up for the hike it. Picture was taking at the top of the first Switch backs above Canyon Glen park.

The Firepit we used to cook out Tin Foil dinners and roast marshmellows that evening.

It's actually misty from snow clouds. It started snowing on us around 7pm that evening. Glad my web site is visible for you. Figure that will be the case for others also.

It was around 50 degress in the little valley but the wind chill was pretty bad with the storm blowing in. With Wind chill I'd put it to around 25 to 35. This weekend is supposed to me mostly clear and there should be more green. Can't wait.
