It was beautiful out yesterday, so the kids and I did a little hiking in the Berkshires and checked out the beaver ponds (Big choppers:thumbup:). We did actually get to see a couple, but I wasn't quick enough to snap a pic!

Good looking crew ya got there. Always great to see kids in the woods.

Doc - Thanks. My oldest won't hike anymore, but these guys are really into the woods. Hopefully they will stick with it.

One can always hope! I hope that mine will always have an appreciation for the outdoors, and try and teach all that I can, even within the city.

Good for you. It's a same to see kids that don't get to learn appreciate the amazing world that we live in....

Always great to see kids in the woods

Hope they carry it as a lifelong habit

Our house and property are set in the woods and I am hoping that growing up in this area will keep them interested. Of course, they will probably rebel and move the city.:D

It's great to see the young ones in the woods. Just keep them into it, and they will hopefully carry it on to their own kids one day.

Man that is a beautiful area! Great looking kids too...my son just turned 11 and I stuggle to get him back in the house! He loves it outside and the more time you spend with them the more likely they'll carry as they grow older. Oh, you better get prepared to whoop a little boy-butt as your two girls get older...they're cuties and even more so that they enjoy the outdoors!

man thats awesome. my little 3 y/o girl enjoys it also. i have to fight with her to get her to come in but i am sure that will change soon enough. but its fun.

good looking crew you got sir.

None of them kids look fat, I blame the lack of sitting around indoors playing on the XBox or PS3. All that running around outdoors is making them look all healthy and fit. Now if they could just keep up being active when they are adults then they could be fit & healthy for a long time!

Rock - Don't I know it. My oldest girl (not in the pic) is a High School Cheerleader and boys chasing after her. I tell them all the same thing: "Anything you do to my daughter, I'll do to you...":D

Thank you, I bet your girl will appreciate it later

I agree. All 4 of my kids are runners, I try to keep them moving...
