Haiku: A Japanese verse form consisting of three unrhymed lines of 5, 7 and 5 syllables each. Khukuri has to count as two syllables, as I understand the pronunciation of the word. Herewith a couple of modest examples of my own. Those with greater talent than mine are asked to contribute theirs!
