I added it up and I have spent approximately 2000$ at HI since I discovered the forum in October of last year!
I gotta be outta my mind!

lol.... im at about 1,200 now, and i started in march :(

im just now seeing stuff i want and saying "okay... do i have something that will perform the task that knife would accomplish? yes. i do not need that knife..."

your iether crazy, or just recently started seeing the light of sanity :D

Be like me and convieniently forget how much each one cost. Convince yourself that you paid three dollars apiece including shipping. Look at the ten dollars in your wallet and say to yourself, "I can buy three more and still have enough to buy a house". :D
 
I know what you mean, Danny. I've got a pretty big chunk of change invested in mine. However, think of what they're worth:)! Then again, i look at my credit card balance, and the cash i spend on khuks could make a major dent in my bills. Oh well, a very wise man once told me "debt is good":)

well, now you now my secret.
i buy one or two. if i like it a whole hell of a lot, i keep it.
if i dont, i sell it to my friends here in japan for 1/3rd what they would pay in a japanese knife store.
 
I think my medication must be working, I have only just broken the £100 mark this week (about $200 I think so far) not including stuff ordered for my father.
