Breaking this out into a separate thread now that the servers are working again and I can upload pics.

25" 37 oz. Kobra by Sher with buffalo horn handle by Kami Sher. Karda and chakmak companion knife/burnisher in excellent buff hide covered wood scabbard. The perfect jungle knife to use the next time you need to cleave your way through the jungle to your lost mine, or just knock down weeds in your backyard and trim high branches with ease.

Knife has never been carried, used or sharpened and is in new condition. No edge to the buttcap. Kobras are longer thinner blades and are plagued with scabbard fitment problems, but this one is exceptionally well done and and fits the scabbard very nicely. Paid $145 and asking $135. Price Reduced see below.

PayPal or USPS MO. Add 3% for PayPal. I will ship anywhere in the CONUS USPS Priority or Air Parcel to my friends in the Great White North. ;)

Thanks,

Norm

Need to move this. $120 even and I'll cover the PayPal. This is going to be expensive to ship so this is about as low as I can go.

Tnx.

N.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Yes, it's sharpened, but not razor sharp. Most HI knives aren't. It has the edge as shipped and is capable of doing work.

Tnx.

Norm

BTTT and $110 shipped. This is 25 inches and 2 lbs. 5 oz. and a steal at this price. This is not a blem!

Thanks!

Svashtar: if you email me the pics I can host them on photobucket so they can be seen here. Let me know if that helps. ;)

It does, and thank you very much! I guess I should learn how to use that myself. I will send you an email with the pics now.

Thanks again.

Norm

Well, Tyrkon I don't know what has changed. I used to be able to click on a user name and get the email addy, but now that just loads the BF email client. ?

Norm, is the blade totally unused? How are the grind lines, especially at the top? Thanks!

Shao

Shao, email sent. The grind is as good as it gets on an HI blade. No ware, even bevels, full polish and a very nice execution. Never been used, carried or sharpened, and just as I received it a couple of years ago when I bought it for $145.

(My plan is to get rich by buying a lot of knives and keeping them in mint condition for a while and then selling them for 75% of what I paid. So far it's not working...;))

Somebody, pick this baby up. It's a steal. If I had the cash, I'd snag it. Good luck, Norm.

Thanks! It's still here. This one wants to stay at home it looks like. :D It'll move eventually and then I'll get 4 hits in one day.

I would also pick it up if I had the cash right now. Maybe if it undergoes another price drop. :D

I understand Shao! Everyone has a price range. Unfortunately, it's mint, I've polished the whole thing out, including the buttcap edge, the scabbard has a rare fit for a Kobra, I'm paying priority shipping AND the PayPal fees, and I have already dropped the price $40 off the regular retail for this model.

Frankly I'm amazed it hasn't sold already; but I'll keep sticking it back up there every week at SOLD.

Thanks,

Norm
