3rd party customized uddha sword w/gaurd-
This has had a gaurd made for it, and has had the original antler slabs 2 ton epoxied back into place, with brass threaded bolts as fasteners. I shaved the handle slabs down so that there is a palm swell that is 4 1/2" around, rather then tapering from a thin front to a thick back. The gaurds hole isn't long enough to allow the blade to slip through (the edge actually touches the end of the gaurd when pulled all the way forward), so even if the epoxy thats holding it on were to fail completely, the gaurd would still keep your fingers off the edge. It's not particularly pretty work, but its completely functinoal. the temper goes all the way to the edge, and you can see the hamon line if you hold it right. It has been patina'd and has more of a satin finish now then mirror.

katana -
The handle on this could probably use some work. The tang has been peened to get the pommel brass to be tright against the horn, but in the process the pommell cap caged in a little. The horn also chipped in one place, and has a hairline visible crack running up it. It isn't completely cracked, nor does it appear to be all that bad, but it could definitely use some work. If you drilled a hole at the end of the crack, filled it with super glue, and sanded it down I'm sure it would be completely stable.

18" d-gaurd -
I bleached the antler handles, and sanded them down so that the circumfrance was constant for the held portion, rather then taping from thin at the front to thick at the back. when I received it it was much much to wide to hold safely. The tang has been hammered before in order to tighten it up with the gaurd so that it didn't rattle. It recieved a few hammer dings at the pommel from this. the temper goes all the way to the edge, and you can see the hamon line if you hold it right. It has been patina'd and has more of a satin finish now then mirror.
18 9/16" long (diagonally)

wetterling chopping axe -
This has never been used for anything. it does have some light surface rust on the forge patina'd portion of the head. I'm not going to sand this off before selling it, so as to keep its appearence essentially as it was recieved.
5" cutting edge length
31 1/2" long
4lb 4.4oz
as described by ragnar (from ragnar weed forge): "#Wett32; The Chopping Axe is a full sized felling axe. The handle is about 31" long, and the head is about 7 3/4" wide with a 4" cutting edge. Nominal weight of the head is 3 pounds, (1.4kg), and sample axes weighed a bit over 4 1/2 pounds."
I got it as a companion for my gransfors bruks american felling axe, wich is considerably thinner in overal geometry. This axe would do much better at splitting tasks.
leatherman kick in package -
new in package.
leatherman kick in sheath -
I've caried this a few times, but its in like new condition. comes with leather sheath.
crkt m1 -
I've used this for cutting open packages, and nothing else. It's not pristeen, but its in very good condition. The edge is very asymettrical, where as some of the m1's are much closer to a perfect v cutting edge. this one is so assymetrical that the more acute taller cutting edge bevel actually has a pronounced visible hollow grind to it.
