Decided to cull my HI collection some and can always use some extra cash. These khukuris have seen light use (chopping up a green tree or two, maybe some more seasoned wood) and have be sharpened with sandpaper, thus dulling some of the original finish. Wooden handled khuks have had several coats of boiled linseed oil applied. These are definitely not mint condition. EDIT: Shipping is by Priority Mail Insured, free to CONUS. Will ship international if buyer agrees to cover shipping. Paypal preferred but will also accept money orders (pp add 3%)

Edit 10/29/08: Apparently the "chips" I mentioned were caused by a dermatid (carpet beetle) larvae infestation. I have taken measures to eradicate any and all of the pests.

Movie model:

Is the blade pre or post U.B.?

Is the chakma the edgeless blade for sharpening thingie or the little knife?

G'day Big Bob,

The FF arrived without problems today! :)

Have already put it to work and chopped a few branches from a Banksia tree in my front yard ...it sliced thru 1+inch green wood like a hot knife in butter!

Sure is a pretty blade too.

Many thanks for going to the trouble with the extra procedures mailing it to Australia.

Regards,

munchi
