Himalayan Imports Kukris, Left to Right:

15" 22 oz villager BAS by Kumar, satin finished blade with brass inlay, white metal fittings, handle is a beautiful dark hardwood. Many people prefer villager models because they're easy to clean after use, don't show scratches much, and some folks think the edge seems to be sharper without the buffing and polishing.

18" 21 oz kobra by Sher, brass fittings, buffalo horn handle. Ideal for martial arts or clearing brush without tiring your arm out.

18" 20 oz Gelbu Special by Kumar, single fullered blade, brass fittings, buffalo horn handle. Small crack in horn handle will probably never be a problem, easy fix with superglue. If you had to pick only one, the Gelbu Special has a reputation as one of the best all-around kukri blades.

18" full sized Ganga Ram Special by Bura. Handle is tight grained Saatisal wood, brass fittings. Don't know how many ounces, but this is one of the best models for heavy chopping of any HI kukri. Purchased full price, not a blem, never used.

Hi,
