How long would it takes for hinderer to break in smoothly?

I have this XM24 gen4 (non tri way) full black dlc with PB washers for 3 months or more now. But, i noticed that, after normal uses and couch/bed opening and closing, it still requires a small wrist flicking to open it upwards/vertically. Sideways or horizontally opening is perfectly fine although it still requires me to force my finger to build pressure to open that way or it will fails due to a slightly weaker detent compared to recent generation. Downwards opening or opening towards the ground, fly open with minimal forces, like a rocket due to gravity.

Pivot was adjusted accordingly, meaning when i unlocked with the lock bar, the blade falls down.

All my XM-18s is in working finish but that blade is in DLC though and i definitely feel some drag on it. Lube seems to work for a couple days until it wears out

Any advices would be appreciated!

I had an XM-24 Bowie, set up the same way. It was a previous generation, previously owned, and I put it on PB washers, although mine was stonewashed. It's detent was pretty much the same as yours, opening it when it was held vertically was a 50/50 shot without a wrist flick. I think that's just the nature of the beast on those non- triway XM-24's. Especially because of the thick heavy blade, it just struggles to open when held straight up.
