Hinderer Carbon Fiber Scales

Where do you get smooth carbon fiber scales for a 3" and 3.5" Hinderer?

are they only available on customs?

Buy them from Hinderer direct or from dealers. Every now and then you get lucky and find them on the secondary market. Trust me...buying the knife is the easy part...I'm still trying to trade my C/F Frag scale for a smooth or textured std C/F scale.

Watch the heads up thread here, maybe go to the Web site and sign up for an e-mail reminder (unsure if that's an option on c/f scales, I've not done it), and like mentioned, watch the exchange and all places that sell / trade.

I scored a knife with texture carbon fiber thru an authorized Hinderer dealer some time ago. I have moved it off my EDC and onto a bead blasted G3, looks nice on that XM.
