hinderer copper stand offs heat colored

Well I got some copper standoffs in the mail yesterday and I bought them specifically for this reason I love the look of heat colored copper and thought I would share this, if anyone is interested I can take them out and take better pics. These pics don't do them justice they have a sheen and change colors when you move them around in strong light especially the top one (closest to the blade) as you can see it looks different from picture to picture.

Nice! :thumbup: I'm a real sucker for anything copper. Not sure why, but the color has just always appealed to me. I have some copper bar stock I bought off ebay last year to make knife components from, but (like so many other things) the projects are on the back burner for now. This may actually inspire me to get off my rear and start making stuff.
