Really enjoying the flexibility of the three sizes of Hinderer XM's. Didn't realize that in the past, I didn't really carry during the summer OR I made wardrobe selections based on my EDC.
Now, with the 3" I just continue to enjoy my favorite "flavor" of EDC I just pick the right size for the occassion.
For anyone contemplating a "One Up" or "One Down" to the work horse 3.5" if the opportunity presents itself - Go for it.

Good philosophy and advice.
Different sizes for different reasons and tasks. But like you mentioned, I continue to make wardrobe choices to accommodate the knives I own while I wait to acquire knives I do not. For example, when working out / around the house drawstring waists on athletic shorts / pants allow active EDC of the 3.5" or the 24 without the possibility of being pantsed.

Dammit...the DLC came out for the photo shoot. Thanks for reminding me you own that sweet 24. As if I forgot. :D

Three of my favorite Hinderer handle scales! Smooth CF, Textured stonewashed Ti & Rescue Orange G10.

Great lineup!!!
