Hinderer Firetac Scales

Just picked up one havent even received it yet. Already looking for scales/ a scale. Micarta or aluminum im open, just not a massive g10 fan. Cant find ANYTHING out there and im not trying to spend 200 bucks on this knife just want a more interesting scale, anyone know of anyone making them?
 
Rick Hinderer offers micarta scales for the Firetac for $100 on their website. It looks like they are all currently sold out, so maybe sign up for email notifications.

Ya it seems like they are focusing on the more well received models which i get, but im excited for a firetec only hinderer folder i havent owned yet. I just dont like the g10 look
 
RC Bladeworks has quite a few micarta options that are made to order. I've made two purchases from them, including one for my Eklipse, and am very pleased with the quality. :thumbsup:
