Hi guys, I've read for hours and am still confused - is a hinderer xm18/24 flipper legal to carry concealed in Westchester county? Thanks in advance.

Only part of the county code mentioning knives of any sort is the 270.102 which only applies to people operating "For-hire vehicles."

Other than that, must follow all state laws that apply. Due to how NY law operates (enforcement vs. actual statutory law) I know enough not to comment on it, but rather leave it to other forum members who know better.

Sorry Kirk, read Westchester co. knife laws,be very carefull it's not worth an arrest.

I live in westchester, The way I read the law is 4 inch locking folder max. Just be sure of your self that its a tool and not a weapon. You would not use it for self defense.
