Hinderer handle screws won’t loosen!

Just got a used Hinderer XM-18 and tried to disassemble for cleaning and scale change. One handle screw unloosens fine, but the other two just rotate. The screws are not stripped, and I’m using the correct sized hex key. The nut on the lock side is rotating with the handle screw.... is there a fix for this without sending it in to Hinderer?

Welcome to BFC Steven Price !!!!!
Sounds like it's free spinning. You need something to bind against the plain side like an eraser or something rubber. I've also read that you can put a drop of super glue on the edge, let it dry and it should hold without spinning. The super glue will come off before assembly.

Did you get the screws out? Which method did you use?

Boil a cup of water let knife sit in water for 5 min, then use a rubber band on female side and wrench out works great. It just heats a loosens any loctite.
