Hinderer Investigator and G2 refill?

I'm just wondering if this has been attempted or if it would even work, I'm looking into the investigator copper and I LOVE the g2 ultra fine refills.

Normally I would just buy another g2 but I really want a pen that will last a long time.

Any advice/knowledge on the subject would be appreciated!

Oh I see, would it be possible to drill the tip out? I know it sounds like a bad idea for such an expensive pen, do you know what the inner diameter of the pen tip is?

Are there any other refills that would work other than the space pen refills?

I dunno, I was hoping someone on this forum would know a little about it, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of experimentation with Hinderer pens and different refills

Fisher space pen.

Just the metal cartridge? or with the plastic parker-style adapter? If it's with the plastic adapter, then obviously any of the parker style refills will fit.
