I understand that first models/shipping of Hinderer knives using Magnacut had and HRC lower than recommended 63 to 64 with if I recall correctly hardness around 61 HRC.
Have the latest models released in 2025 of the Jurassic slicer hollow grind in Magnacut have the same around 61 HRC or are they now treating them to higher HRC ?
I tried to find out to what HRC they heat treat them now in 2025 but couldn’t find any information on this.
