Hinderer Knives Customer Service Help

Hello!

Not sure if this is the right place, but I couldn’t find a specific Hinderer forum.

I have been trying to contact Hinderer Knives regarding purchasing some replacement parts, specifically a pen cap that I lost. My emails have gone unanswered, and when I call, it just rings and rings and rings.

Anyone have any tricks for getting a hold of Hinderer customer service?

Rick has a FB group and a forum where he directly participates. You might get a quicker answer there. I had to call last week and it took several tries to get an answer.
 
Maybe the dealer you originally bought the knife from can help you get in touch with Hinderer or contact them for you?
 
In the past they have taken some time to answer my Emails, but they do answer. If this years shows are still on they may be busy prepping.
 
I tried around 12:30 Eastern Time and someone eventually answered the phone. It took me several times before they answered. They did not seem to want to be overly helpful over the phone and I hope you have better luck.

I happen to live 30 minutes from the shop and they do not want walk ins. I get the impression even without Covid that is the case.

There use to be a Hinderer forum and for some reason it was closed down. Maybe someone else can give you the why's on that.

USN Forums have a Hinderer page....not a lot of activity there tho
There are also numerous suppliers that sell Hinderer parts and hardware...just google what you need.
