Do the Rick Hinderer tactical pens have a spring in the tip (the part that unscrews to replace the ink cartridge.) Mine dose not have a spring, and the ink cartrdge slips partally out of the pen when the tip is facing down. I think I may have lost the spring when changing the cartridge. Thanks for any responses.
