Hinderer Pen Replacement Parts

Hello everyone!

I'm not sure where to put this, so I apologize if this is the wrong spot.

I have a couple Hinderer Investigator pens, and I lost the cap on one, and the end piece on the other. I also broke the clip on the second one.

Does anyone know where I can find replacement parts for the Investigator pens? Hinderer has limited parts for the Investigator pens for sale on their site. I emailed Hinderer through their website asking how to purchase these parts; what are the chances they will help me out? I'm not looking for free handouts... I'm willing to pay for the parts.

Give Hinderer a call. I bet they can help you out even though they do not list the parts you need.
 
You should here from them soon. I have had great CS from them. They recently really helped me out,above and beyond.
 
Thanks for the replies everyone! I haven't heard back yet from the email, but it is a busy holiday season...I'll give them a call when I get time. I also recently broke the clip on my extreme duty pen as well...I'm just too hard on my stuff!
