Today the Fedex van stopped at my door.He had a box from Brady @ Monkey Depot. In it was a carefully packed plain white unmarked box containing the plastic bag and...My new grail:The XM-24 I scored from Blade.

First impressions:I had to catch a breath.
This is one piece of heavy tool. It's as badass as a knife can get.Extremely sharp right out of the box.It hasn't stolen the slicer nickname. That grind is a masterpiece of it's own.
Rick has a winner here and I sure do hope he will make some production for the world to enjoy.

The sheer size of this knife...Compare an XM-18 (already a big boy) to it and it is dwarfed. If you want to and have the patience you can chop a tree with it.The heavy blades flips with autority once it picks up momentum.

A very special thanks to Rick and all of his crew, and also to Brady from Monkey Depot for providing it and giving a flawless service. He defenitly doesn't do "monkey bussiness"
This XM-24 will be sherished and flipped with love.

And now folks, please enjoy the pics.Sorry to suck in this way

Admit it -- you're just bragging!!:grumpy:;)

I got to hold one at Blade '10. Darned impressive ... :o

Looks like a real Beast when seen next to the 3.5 XM-18. Would certainly dwarf the 3" for sure.

now.. that is just showing off....:D
Really... that is some piece of steel. look like you could chop down a tree with it. Congrats on the score.

I love that grind on your 24. And I love your 24. Sweet score. If I don't score one from the current lottery hopefully Rick brings some cool stuff to the Plaza Show.
