I'm going to change the lockbar stabilizer/hinderer on my knife. I have the 45 caliber one on now I'm going to put stock back on. The screw that holds it looks like maybe a small torques/Allen key which is it and what size? Also the stock one came with a Phillips head screw should I use that or the small torques or whatever it is that's in there now. I hope that made sense. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys. Oh yea it's an xm 18 3.5 model.

Also should the knife be in the closed position or open position when I change it or does it even matter? Thanks.

Nevermind figured it out. It's a t5 and I changed it. It was simple. Much better now! The 45 caliber one stuck up some which put the pocket clip at a weird angle and made it hang up when trying to remove it from my pocket. Plus it just wasn't my style. A little tacky for me.

And I know this sounds crazy but with the stock stabilizer in there the action is now smoother. Maybe other one was binding the lockbar up somehow? Idk lol.
