Let's see. On Monday I sent in my knife to have new scales put on. It arrived on Wednesday. Today (Sat) I emailed to see if they had gotten it. When I picked up my mail it was here!!!

This is truly amazing service. My thanks to Rob and everyone else involved in this terrific company.
