Recommendation? Hinderer XM-18 3.5" on Skiff washers (or bearings)?

Hey guys. I have a Hinderer XM-18 inbound and also own an XM-24. I had planned to install the skiff thick washers in the XM-24 but I think I'm going to sell it and put the washers in my new XM-18. The XM-24 has Taco ceramic bearings in it (which you can't buy anymore) which is disappointing as I like the thin washer they include in the kit. Two questions...

Do the skiff washers and XM-18 3.5" size blade run better on thin oil or grease? I have KPL original or Mil-Comm TW-25 as option (i have more fishing/gun/bicycle lubricants but these two are more "knife" friendly"). I plan to loctite the pivot so I don't want to have to take it apart and try different lubricants if you like oil over grease or visa versa.

Lastly, my Taco bearings ride on the blade itself and the titanium liner on the presentation side/titanium lockbar side are protected by thin washers so the bearings don't ride directly on the titanium. How much of an issue is it to run skiff ceramic bearings on bare titanium? I've heard it will eventually make tracks in the titanium. Same with the stock steel washers. Ideas?

Thanks
